Wireway Husky Matrix Guard machine enclosures provide exactly the right level of protection necessary to be attractive, versatile, and affordable. Matrix guard panels can be trimmed in the field to accommodate changes in dimensions, floor or wall irregularities, custom conveyor or lift systems and overhead piping or obstructions. The panels can be attached to posts at angles other than 90 degrees, providing greater flexibility in the shape of your guarding, which allows more efficient use of space. Patented hook design makes installation fast and easy. Panels feature separate hooks that easily slip onto 2-1/2 square posts and lock securely. The post is anchored to the floor with 3/8 thick pads. Stock panels are manufactured to accommodate 6 ft. and 8 ft. high. The panels for 7ft. high are installed stacking one panel over another using special welded connectors on each panel. Each panel has Connectors to the vertical framing members which engage Slide Left to Opents punched in the line posts.
Welded wire mesh modular panels are reinforced with in-line folded flutes for rigidity. Wire mesh is made of 2x 2 8-gauge welded steel wire mesh. Panels, doors and line posts are painted with one coat of high quality polyurethane paint (Yellow posts and Black panels). Necessary hardware including masonry lag bolts required for installation are included. Includes a 1 year limited warranty.
Sketches and drawings can be submitted for manufacturer assistance in choosing the correct sizes in order to configure desired room dimensions.
